Q1. How will I know if this programme will work for me?

Answer: The ONLY requirement to guarantee rapid progress and success with this unique One-on-One Golf Mind-Game Coaching, is quite simply, an open and curious mind. If you firmly believe your route to success is just a couple of swing fixes or new equipment, then this programme is not for you.

Q2. I have failed to fulfil my potential working with various swing coaches, why should this be any different?

Answer: This work is ideal for players who have tried different swing coaches, golf teachers, even other golf psychologists, anywhere in the world. Are disappointed with the results, and disillusioned with a lack of progress, maybe have even gone backwards over time, or are finding it difficult to transgress a plateau. This rapid effective performance improvement work is designed to ensure solid measurable progress and will empower you to fulfil your true golfing potential. Whatever your starting level and playing aspirations.

Q3. How much coaching time is needed?

Answer: To make a serious difference, or even transform, your playing performance and enjoyment, you may only need a few hours of professional mind-game coaching. In this time you will learn many new mind game skills, drills and techniques to help you improve your approach, attitude, performance and success at the game, many will be sustainable over time.

In our many years of experience working with some of the world’s top ranked PGA professional tour players we find they need on-going support over time to stay on top, and even get ahead of their game. Conversely, we find that most amateur players, whatever their playing level, performance goals or tournament ambitions can make huge improvements in just one or two coaching sessions, with many ideas, techniques and drills to work on over time, that most require very little or no on-going support thereafter.

Q4. Where are coaching sessions held and how long are they?

Answer: All working sessions will be conducted off-course. Mostly these will be in-doors with occasional whole/part-sessions in the practice area. A typical coaching session is between 2 and 4 hours.

Q5. Can I be coached together with my partner or a friend/s?

Answer: Yes. Whilst many of the psychology fundamentals, mental practice drills and exercises can easily be undertaken by any number of people together. Other work is very specific to the individual. The less people involved the less time it takes to improve results. It is really up to you?

Q6. How much time will I need to put in?

Answer: If you are very busy, you will only need to allocate at most just 10/15 mins or less per day in order to make rapid progress. You very likely already spend this amount of time musing over your last, or an upcoming, monthly medal or friendly game in your mind already? Mush of your practice work will be what is called 'Armchair golf' practice can be undertaken when at home, in bed or when travelling by train, plane and car passenger (though not when driving yourself). Once you have mastered the fundamentals, your mental rehearsal, practice and playing time will be more purposeful and focused with time between shots also put to better use.

Q7. What are the benefits of a customised mind-game coaching programme?

Answer: All one-on-one work is designed specifically to suit the individual's playing objectives, handicap performance goals and personal circumstances, and matched to their personality, personal values, preferred learning style, commitment and motivation to learning. For each hour of one-to-one coaching requires up to an additional hour of session design, follow-up, notes compilation, analysis, preparation, resources identification and ordering, administration, etc. All MIND4Golf coaching sessions are designed and conducted using a unique High-Performance Learning Format to compress the learning curve. Customisation together with this multi-level methodology empowers you to learn more ideas, techniques and skills, more thoroughly, in less time, and be able to practically apply them when you next practice and play.

Q8. Can I apply my new golfing mental skills to other areas of my life?

Answer: Absolutely. An added bonus is that many of the techniques and skills you will learn and master to improve your golf, are coincidentally also directly applicable if you wish, to improving your career, business, selling, negotiations, relationships, other sports, parenting, personal development, health, prosperity, well-being and living life itself.

Q9. What are the fees?

Answer: Fees for all one-on-one customised expert mind-game coaching are £275/hour + VAT. And are inclusive of travel time, administration costs, travel expenses, session preparation and analysis time, etc.

Q10. What action do I need to take to get started?
